A complete testing center for road & bridge maintenance materials

Our laboratory is equipped with a complete set of road & bridge maintenance material testing instruments, including asphalt penetrometer, softening point tester, rotational viscometer, electronic universal testing machine, tensile testing machine, high & low temperature test chamber, aging test chamber, blast drying oven, low-temperature thermostatic bath and electric furnace — providing full quality control from raw materials to finished products.
Precision instruments ensuring stable and reliable product quality

Measures the penetration depth of a standard needle into an asphalt sample at controlled temperature (per GB/T 4509, JTG E20 T0604), evaluating the hardness, high-temperature stability and rheological properties of asphalt.

Tests the softening point of asphalt by the ring-and-ball method (per GB/T 4507, JTG E20 T0606), evaluating the high-temperature stability and temperature sensitivity of road asphalt.

Performs tensile, compression, bending, shearing and peeling tests on metal and non-metal materials, measuring the tensile strength and elongation of crack tapes, sealants, waterproof membranes and other maintenance materials.

The tensile testing machine evaluates mechanical performance of materials; the low-temperature thermostatic bath provides precise constant low temperature for viscosity tests and low-temperature performance testing of materials.

Conducts heat-oxygen aging tests on rubber, plastic and waterproof materials (per ASTM D5374/D5423, GB/T 11026), evaluating resistance to yellowing, cracking, shrinkage and elongation after aging.

Uses electric heating with forced air convection for constant-temperature drying; used for sample drying, curing and moisture content determination (chamber 450×450×350mm, heating power 3000W).

Digital displacement measurement with standard needle assembly and constant-temperature water bath for automatic penetration testing, providing accurate and repeatable asphalt consistency data.
